Benjamin Loebick is a seasoned professional engineer with nearly three decades of experience in infrastructure, energy systems, and data analysis. A North Haven resident and father, Ben brings both deep technical expertise and a community-focused perspective to his candidacy for the Planning & Zoning Commission.
Benjamin holds a Master’s in Civil Structural Engineering from Purdue University, an MBA from the Yale School of Management, and a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale operational teams, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, and developed forward-thinking solutions in energy and utility systems. Benjamin is known for his clear communication, practical problem-solving, and strong commitment to stakeholder engagement.
Currently serving as the manager at an electric company, Benjamin’s work centers on data analysis, smart grid innovation, sustainability, and data-driven decision-making—skills that directly align with the Planning & Zoning Commission’s responsibilities in shaping responsible growth and modern infrastructure.
